I chose this hotel for attending an important assembly and it lived up to my expectations. The hotel provided all necessary amenities including a coffee shop/cafe, a business center, and dry cleaning services. The staff were friendly and accommodating. a convenient and comfortable stay for work purposes.
The hotel lacked a dedicated conference room or meeting space, which would have been beneficial for my work needs.

Thwe location was perfect - we could walk to all the sights we wanted to see in Prague. We were able to visit shops and food stands nearby without using any public transport. Service was very good, although the room was a little smaller than expected.
The room was a little small, but understandably so as we were on a boat after all.

Excellent location, a few steps to major places, old town.
Be prepared that rooms are really small as it's a botel. Bakery stuff at breakfast was dry. The nice view they show in the site is only valid for one side of the boat, of course (50% of the rooms).

Great location near the center and the castle; small but comfortable rooms with storage space; stable ship with no motion; delicious food at the ship's restaurant.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

Very good location. Walking distance to most of tourist attractions. Decent breakfast, can be improved. Very quiet. Public parking in the area is cheaper than other areas in Prague (90CZK/day).

It's on the river! Nice view if you got rooms on the riverside.
Room was quite small, but is to be expected for the price and location. Internet is only in the lobby, and there're smokers there all the time.

The value for money at Florentina Boat was excellent, with reasonably priced meals and drinks. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing waiter service in the reception area. The central location was fabulous, within walking distance of popular attractions like the old town square and Charles Bridge.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider selection of items.

The fact that it is really downtown and from which you can reach everything on foot. And in the end it is really cheap
The room was very small, the shower/bathroom was smelly (no window/air suction), there was no proper heating, the overall place had a sense of old.

I liked the location (close to the center and Karluv Most), terrific view from the window, cosy clean room, full-fledged breakfast and nicely collected for me bag with food for excursion. It was always quiet inside. I will certainly choose the same botel next time I will visit Prague.
The floors were just a bit wet after vacuum cleaning.

It was easy to find and close to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful away from the crowds. the view from my window was fantastic, and the room, although initially small, was perfectly fine thanks to the luggage drawers. the staff were incredibly helpful, and I had the best fish dinner of my entire two-month trip through Europe at their restaurant. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

Staff were helpful regards general questions. The boat being on the river had a nice view and was handy to walk up to the castle and central to old town.
I was excessively overcharged to have a bit of washing done. I asked if I could borrow a machine for a small load of 9 items but told it would be done for me. When I got the bill the 9 items were individually charged for around 4 euros each and I think I paid something like $60 to just to have a couple of things washed. Also the drinks were overpriced.
